Dry thandai masala
Almonds – 10
Pistachios – 10
Melon Seeds – 2 tbsp.
Chironji – ½ tbsp.
Khus Khus (Poppy Seeds) – 1 tbsp.
Green Cardamom/ Chotti Elaichi – 2 powder
Peppercorns – 4, Fennel Seeds / Saunf – 3 tsp
Sugar- 4 tbsp. or as per taste
1. Blend all the above-mentioned ingredients in a blender and store in an air tight
2. Take one glass of chilled milk and add 1 tbsp. of thandai masala, 2 drops of rose
water, sugar (if required) and mix it well. Strain it and garnish it with pistachio, almonds, rose petals and saffron.
