Oats Dhokla Recipe

Ingredients:
Quikr oats – 1 cup (grinded)
Salt – 1 tsp or as per taste
Powdered sugar – 1 tsp
Water – ¾ cup
Oil – 1 tbsp.
Pinch of turmeric
Eno pouch – 1 (whole) Regular flavour

For tempering (tadka):
Water – ¼ cup
Powdered sugar – ½ tsp
Oil – 1 tbsp.
Brown mustard seed or Rai (moti) – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tsp
Curry leaves – few leaves
Green chilli – slit – 2-3
Coriander for garnishing
