Here is the recipe for Granola bars.
They are a quick healthy snack which boosts the energy levels. They are good for children who become tired during exams and have difficulty in focusing.
Almonds, pistachio, cashews, rice puffs (murmura) – 1 cup
Jaggery – 1/2 cup
Honey – 1/2 tbsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Roast all the dry fruits. Roast rice puffs separately. Mix it with roasted dry fruits. Melt jaggery in a pan. Add honey and sugar. Add all the dry fruits. Spread it on a well-greased tray.
Your quick healthy granola bars are ready.
*In this nuts can be increased and decreased as per your taste and sweetness can also be adjusted with a natural sweetener, jaggery
