Simple Yogurt Dip

Here is the recipe for simple Yogurt Dip:

  • Mix together ¾ cup hung curd.
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • ¼ tsp vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Amul cream and 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • Add salt and pepper as per taste.

Serve cold with plain potato wafers or French Fries or crackers.

Strawberry Yogurt Recipe

Hung curd – 1/4 cup
Whipped cream – 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1/2 tsp
Few drops Vanilla essence
Fresh strawberries,- puree and strain it.

Grapes—1/2 cup (cut into half)
Apple-1 (cut into squares)
Sugar or honey—2 tsp or as needed
Pomegranate – ¼ cup
Almonds blanched and chopped
Cucumber—1/2 cup (very finely chopped or shredded)


Poha Kebab Recipe


For the outer layer:
Potatoes – 2 medium sized, (boiled and mashed)
Corn flour – 1 tbsp.
Bread crumbs as needed
Salt as per taste, Red chilli powder and garam masala – ½ tsp each

For stuffing:
poha – ½ cup (soaked for 15 minutes and squeezed)
1/2 Onion, Coriander, Green chillies– all finely chopped
Peanuts – 2 tbsp. (roast the peanuts in the microwave and coarsely crushed)
